Directions
Moisten cotton ball or pad with toner. Apply all over face and neck. Use twice daily as part of your 3 step cleanse, tone, moisturize regimen. Combine with CLEAN & CLEAR® Essentials Foaming Facial Wash and Essentials Moisturizer for best results.
How to Use
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water immediately. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
